Cooler weather to continue this week

INDIAN RIVER COUNTY — Cooler weather is here to stay, at least for the rest of the week.

For Monday, there will be a high temperature near 66 degrees and a low temperature around 50 degrees, weather experts said. North winds will be 10 to 15 mph.

Monday and Tuesday will both have sunny days and cloudy nights.

Tuesday will have a high temperature near 70 degrees and a low temperature near 51 degrees. Northeast winds will be 5 to 10 mph.

For Wednesday, there will be a high temperature near 70 degrees with a low temperature near 43 degrees, according to the National Weather Service in Melbourne. The day will be mostly sunny and the night will have clear skies; north northwest winds will be 5 to 15 mph.

Wind gusts for Wednesday will be as high as 25 mph.

Thursday will be mostly sunny with a high temperature near 60 degrees. That night will be partly cloudy with a low temperature near 46 degrees. Northeast winds will be about 15 mph with gusts as high as 20 mph.

Friday will be partly sunny a high temperature near 66 degrees. That night will be partly cloudy with a low temperature near 53 degrees. Northeast winds will be around 5 mph.
