INDIAN RIVER COUNTY — Deputies are investigating a suspicious death where a motorist found a body lying on the side of the road, an Indian River County Sheriff’s Office official said.
On Oct. 30, the motorist was driving in the 6300 block of 61st Street when he or she found the body, said Sheriff’s spokesman Lt. Thom Raulen. Deputies are classifying the death as “suspicious” and an autopsy has been performed on the body.
Further details on the death are being withheld because the case is still an ongoing investigation, Raulen said.
