Gallery 14 presents Coastal Living Oct. 31-Nov. 24

VERO BEACH – Gallery 14 presents Coastal Living: A Different Perspective – Impressionist Realism by Judy Stach and Ruth Martin. The show will run from Oct. 31 through Nov. 24. There will be a reception for the public on Friday Nov. 3 from 5-8 p.m. as part of the First Friday Gallery Stroll.

Judy, a highly respected and popular artist, spends her winters in Vero Beach. A lifelong resident of New Jersey and founder of the Plein Air Painters of the Jersey Coast, Judy’s intimate understanding of life along the shore is reflected in her seascapes and landscapes, which come alive with children at play, sailboats breezing by, and gardeners lovingly tending flowers.

Ruth Martin, also from Vero Beach, derives her inspiration from both the Muskoka Lakes Region in Canada and time spent near both the ocean and ponds in Florida.

Together, their work lifts spirits and evokes a love of the salt air and good life.

Also, featured will be work in oil, acrylic, watercolor, mixed media, collage, sculpture, ceramic, jewelry and photography by Edgardo Abello, Lila Blakeslee, Barbara du Pont, Beth-Anne Fairchild, Mary Ann Hall, Barbara Landry, Deborah Morrell Polackwich and Dorothy Napp Schindel, along with represented artists Walford Campbell, Joan Earnhart, Diana Feuer, Terry Green, Mia Lindberg, Viola Pace Knudsen, Francis Mesaros, Michael Robinson, and Carol Staub.

Gallery 14, located at 1911 14th Ave., Vero Beach, Florida, is open Tuesday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturdays 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. or by appointment.
