INDIAN RIVER COUNTY – Trick-or-treaters will descend upon Vero Beach Outlets Tuesday, Oct. 31, as they enjoy collecting sweet treats throughout the outlet center.
Costumed children, accompanied by an adult, are welcome to visit the more than 50 favorite brand name stores at the shopping destination for Halloween fun from 5 to 7 p.m.
