Taxpayers’ Association to vet Vero Beach Council candidates Oct. 11

VERO BEACH – The next meeting of the Taxpayer’s Association will be a chance for Vero Beach City Council candidates to introduce themselves and respond to questions posed by the organization.

The meeting will be held Oct. 11 starting at 11:45 a.m. at the Vero Beach Country Club.

There are six candidates running for two seats and all have been invited to attend. The candidates are: Brian Heady, Megan Hoots, Harry Howle, Jay Kramer, Randy Old, Val Zudans.

Come and hear how they think they will be able to help lead our community. What they think needs to be done. What are their priorities. Where would they put their energy.

As always, elections guide the future of the community and are in the hands of the electorate.

What are your pet subjects? Who do you think will be best suited to support you on the council?

Our candidate forums are free and open to the general public. Lunch will commence at 11:50 a.m. and is available for $18. This will be a popular event so, to ensure there’s space for you, RSVP to skken101@aol.com.
