Police search for women who stole cosmetics

VERO BEACH — Police are looking for two women they said stole about $1800 worth of cosmetics from a beauty salon.

Surveillance cameras show the women shortly before 9 p.m. August 7 at Ulta Beauty hair salon and putting more than 30 items in their purses including make-up and face creams before walking out and setting off the alarm, police said. The store is located in the 400 block of 21st Street, just west of Indian River Boulevard, in Vero Beach.

The first woman is described as white, 5 feet 4 inches, 115 pounds with long blonde wavy hair, wearing a black dress, black shoes, glasses and carrying a large brown purse, according to police. The second woman is described as white, 5 feet 4 inches, 120 pounds with long curly brown hair, wearing a blue shirt, white pants, sandals and carrying a large giraffe print bag.
