INDIAN RIVER COUNTY — Vero Beach 32963 and Vero News are inviting all local photographers to submit their best photos taken of the impact of Hurricane Matthew in Indian River County for publication online and in the print editions of Vero Beach 32963, Vero News, and VeroNews.com
