VERO BEACH — The Indian River County Chamber of Commerce will offer the third in a series of workshops presented by James Cooke MA MSc. The workshop “Making Presentations” is scheduled for Tuesday, April 12.
Presentations are perhaps the area where most people most frequently underperform. Cooke is an expert on preparing for and making presentations, the event, and the do’s and don’ts of becoming a successful presenter.
Cooke is a psychologist, businessman and international management consultant specializing in strategic business and people development, advising government, the European Community, universities and businesses. Some of his international clients have included AT&T, Citigroup, Kings College London, European Bank and a wide range of other businesses and not for profit organizations.
He will facilitate this participatory two-hour workshop from 12 to 2 p.m. at the Chamber located at 1216 21st Street in Vero Beach. Cost of this workshop is $40 and lunch is included. Reservations are required. Call the Chamber office at (772) 567-3491 to guarantee a spot.
