INDIAN RIVER COUNTY — The Emerson Center will host a “Meet the Artist” event with Heather Kelley, featuring her new show “NEOn” from 5 to 7 p.m. on March 10, at the Foyer Gallery.
Kelley’s Modern Realism approach to art creates a realism that the camera cannot see using an amazing new medium of neon light on canvas.
The Emerson Center is located at 1590 27th Ave, Vero Beach.
