SPCA hosts evening fun to benefit horse, veteran ranch

The SPCA has a fun evening planned of food, music, dancing, drinks, and a silent auction, all to benefit the SPCA Horse Rescue and Veteran Therapy Ranch. The event will be held Saturday Dec. 12 from 6:30 to 10 p.m. at the Cielo Blu Barn, located at 9155 141st Ave., Fellsmere.

The SPCA ranch is a dual mission that saves homeless, neglected and abused horses and pairs them with veterans suffering from PTSD and or MST.

Ultimately, the organization is working to make it easier for the veterans and the horses to interact by improving the accessibility of the ranch to the veterans.

Tickets are $50 per person and are available at Barnyard Feed in Fellsmere and online at www.facebook.com/spcahorserescueranch.
