VERO BEACH — Ghouls, goblins, princesses and witches celebrated Halloween Saturday during the the City of Vero Beach Recreation Department’s 56th Annual Halloween Parade & Costume Contest.
The parade started at the Heritage Center and families walked to the Community Center.
All ages were welcomed to dress up.
Prizes were given to best costumes for those ages 1 through 17.
