VERO BEACH — Christ Church of Vero Beach is set for a huge grand opening for the new 9.23 Community Center, located behind the Outback Steakhouse, and next to the church.
All are welcome to attend on Saturday, Oct. 18, from 11 a.m.- 4 p.m.. Enjoy free hot dogs, sno cones, ad popcorn, and learn about the many special events and uses for the Community Center.
There will be an inflatable bounce house, inflatable slides, and face painting for the kids.
Come and take a mini-tour of the new facility, and relax while you have a cup of coffee at the Possibilities Café. The plans for the Center are just as big as the space.
The 9.23 Community Center is an outreach of Christ Church, created as a way to spread love and hope to the community of Vero Beach. Although there is currently a Modern Worship Service at 11 a.m. every Sunday, future happenings in this space will include things such as fitness, Bible studies, group meetings (i.e. Boy Scouts), receptions, conferences, movie nights, kids drama productions, summer day camps, tutoring, and much more.
