With a scream and a feeling of being drenched with cold water, I took part in the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge.
I was nominated by my fishing buddy, Ryne Friedman. I’m surprised it took this long. In turn, I nominated the best man from my wedding, a good friend from church, and my sister. Tam, my sister, is trying to cop out of it, saying “I have a cold.” I’ve put the bug in her kids’ ears, so maybe they’ll surprise her.
Quite frankly, it was invigorating. It reminded me of when I used to go out during winter without a coat in Northern Indiana to wake myself up during a late deadline. Oh, and the high pitched scream was just for dramatic effect, yeah, that’s it…
