VERO BEACH — Rallying competition and friendship as the Dancing with Vero’s Stars star dancers and their instructors took the last stride towards the big event, the group congregated at Charlotte Terry’s home (Charlotte was the winner of the 2012 competition.)
Dancing with Vero’s Stars, benefiting the Indian River County Healthy Start Coalition, will take place on the evening of Saturday, May 11, at The Riverside Theatre in Vero Beach. Presenting sponsor is George E. Warren Corp.; Corporate sponsor is artist Virginia Knapp.
The official dance selections were announced at the gathering and include:
Mary Beth McDonald and Robert Scott: Cha-cha; Michelle Kantzler and Freddy Vega: Bachata/Salsa; Kerry Firth and Joe Wynes: Waltz; Page Curtis and Barry Trammell: Tango–Neuvo Style; John Talmadge and Amy Trammell: Lindy Hop; Adam Chrzan and Terry Greene: Charleston; John Sarbak and Karren Walter: A fusion dance combining a Tango & Paso Doble; Deryl Loar and Patti Rooney: Tango; Chris Bieber and Stefani Conrado: Salsa; Trish Hickey Reid and Tom Isola: Viennese Waltz.
