VERO BEACH — As retailers throughout Florida’s Treasure Coast region prepare for the spring shopping season, Vero Beach Outlets is changing things up to enhance the shopper’s experience at the 17 year-old, 328, 254 sq. ft. center, located in Vero Beach.
In addition to recently changing its name from Vero Beach Fashion Outlets to Vero Beach Outlets, the Treasure Coast’s only outlet shopping center has many other great happenings in store. To reflect the beachside community’s relaxed, tropical lifestyle, the center recently implemented many upgrades including landscape improvements and new signage.
Additionally, various food vendors, including Sidewalk Grill, Mountain Kettle Corn and SunSide Fun, will visit the location periodically to add more dining options for shoppers.
“Since Vero Beach Outlets offers an el fresco shopping experience, we wanted to enhance our outdoor ambiance with raised flower beds that are lush with native flora and glistening fountains that you’d expect to find in an upscale shopping center that feature stores with brands such as Coach Factory Store, BCBGMAXAZRIA and Brooks Brothers Factory Outlet,” explained Lisa Quier Wagner, marketing director and partner, EWB Development. “We implemented the name change to represent many brands that don’t fall under the ‘fashion’ retail category.”
Several exciting events are planned for the coming year that will attract visitors from around the state, as well as from around the globe, including South American, European and Asian markets. To kick off the spring fashion season, Vero Beach Outlets will be rolling out the red carpet for shoppers during its “Find Your Fashions at Vero Beach Outlets” promotion that will culminate on Easter weekend.
