Sebastian historical group to feature ‘More Roseland History’ March 21

SEBASTIAN — The Sebastian Area Historical Society is sponsoring a lecture on Wednesday, March 21, by noted area genealogist, lecturer and librarian Pamela J. Cooper on “More Roseland History.”

The lecture will cover areas such as the Trilby Plantation and the Ercildoune Plantation, to name a few.

It will be given at the North Indian River County Library, 1001 Sebastian Blvd., and is open to the public. Admission is free, and refreshments will be served.

The lecture will start promptly at 7:30 p.m.

This is the last of a series of talks regarding local history for the season. Future talks will resume in the fall.
