VERO BEACH — Vero Classical Ballet will perform The Nutcracker at the Vero Beach High School Performing Arts Center, 1707 16th Street in Vero Beach, on Saturday, Nov. 26 at 2 p.m. & 7 p.m. Featuring local talent as well professional guest artists, and international choreography; this event is perfect for all ages!
Join little Clara, her jealous brother, Fritz, and all the magical characters in this fairy tale-ballet in two acts with music originally scored by Tchaikovsky during the Classical Period of Ballet.
After defending Clara against the Mouse King and his advancing troops of marching & dancing mice, travel with the Prince to the Land of the Sugar Plum Fairy for sweets beyond your dreams from Mother Ginger and see the delicate Waltz of the Flowers.
The Mission Statement of Vero Classical Ballet is to provide the highest level of Classical Ballet training, to promote the art form through exceptional public performances, and to place students into international level careers.
All seating is reserved. Tickets are $20 for adults and $16 for children/seniors in the center Orchestra level, $15 or $12 for the Orchestra side levels, and $10 or $8 for the Mezzanine level.
