Bobby Joyce Bumann Krausz, 92, Vero Beach

Bobby Joyce Bumann Krausz, 92, died May 27, 2011, at her home.

She was born in Chicago and lived in Vero Beach for 24 years, coming from Champaign, Ill.

She was a member of the Community Church and Bent Pine Golf Club.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Norman George Philip Krausz.

Survivors include her daughters, Linda Hait, of St. Augustine and Niky L. Kretschmar, of South Bend, Ind.; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Children’s Tumor Foundation, 95 Pine St., 16th Floor, N.Y., NY, 10005-4002.

Arrangements are by All County Funeral Home & Crematory Treasure Coast Chapel.

Community Development Department closes in-person services

The Community Development Department closed in-person services Monday as county officials implement more health precautions to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Officials plan to add more physical barriers to the front counters inside the building, which already has temperature scanners installed. County employees and those who visit county facilities are already required to wear masks inside. County Administrator Jason Brown was not immediately available to confirm reports that six employees in the Community Development Department tested positive for the virus.
