Anneke Maclin, 84, of Vero Beach, died Thursday, April 28, 2011, at the Indian River Medical Center in Vero Beach.
She was born April 28, 1927 in the Netherlands. She was a resident of Vero Beach for 28 years, coming from Kinnelon N.J.
She worked for Metro Goldwyn-Mayer as a language translator in New York City.
Survivors include her son, Jeffrey Swett, of New Jersey; sister, Thea Kortbeek, of the Netherlands; brother, Hugo VanGulick, of the Netherlands; and one grand-daughter.
She is preceded in death by her first husband, Arther H. Swett, and her second husband, Austin W. Maclin.
