Summer Youth Program at North County Library

SEBASTIAN — “One World, Many Stories” is the theme for the Florida Library Youth Program for 2011 and a full schedule of children’s programming has been planned at the North Indian River County Library.

Registration begins Monday, May 9. Registration is available in person at the Children’s service desk, by telephone at (772) 589-1355, or by visiting www.sebastianlibrary.com/childrens.

The programs, which are free of charge, run from Friday, June 17 through Friday, August 5. Brochures describing each program and event are available in the Library.

A reminder from the Indian River Neighborhood Association to residents of Indian River County, City of Vero Beach, Sebastian and Orchid. We are coming into our rainy season when more nutrients such as nitrogen and phosphorous are likely to be washed from our lawns, driveways and roads into the storm water system and, ultimately, into our local waterways such as the Indian River Lagoon.
