Virginia Damerow, 92, died April 21, 2011, at Indian River Medical Center, Vero Beach.
She was born in Athens, Ga., and lived in Vero Beach for 60 years, coming from Fort Wayne, Ind.
She was a charter member of the First Presbyterian Church of Vero Beach and attended Central Assembly of God in Vero Beach.
Survivors include her sons, John C. Offutt, of Nashville, Tenn., Andrew W. Offutt, of Douglasville, Ga., and Harry C. Offutt III, of Vero Beach; daughters, Toddy Offutt McKeown, of West Palm Beach, and Jane C. Frost, of Bainbridge, Ind.; 12 grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl F. Damerow.
Memorial contributions may be made to the donor’s choice.
Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. April 27 at Strunk Funeral Home & Crematory, Vero Beach, with a funeral service at 11 a.m.
Interment will be in Crestlawn Cemetery, Vero Beach.
