Children’s Home Society receives Dyer Difference Award

VERO BEACH — Dyer Chevrolet and Dyer Mazda Subaru are pleased to announce the 34th recipient of the Dyer Difference Award. This award salutes a non-profit organization in Indian River County that is truly making a difference in our community.

Dyer Chevrolet and Dyer Mazda Subaru presented the Dyer Difference Award along with a $3,000 check to the March recipient, Children’s Home Society, to help them promote their Friend-raising luncheon to be held April 5, 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Vero Beach Country Club.

The luncheon objective is to raise awareness for Children’s Home Society vision, programs and services, motivate the business community to become involved with CHS, and to honor Janet Baines as the Dave Thomas Award Recipient (the highest honor awarded by CHS).

“Our managers were very excited to award the Children’s Home Society, as the work they do is so important. Furthermore, they are a neighbor to our Chevrolet dealership.  We are glad to support such a great organization,” said Tatiana Dyer.
