Raymond R. Beliveau, 63, Vero Beach

Raymond R. Beliveau, 63, of Vero Beach, died Wednesday, Jan. 5, 2011, at the VNA Hospice House.

Beliveau was born Dec. 26, 1947, in Lawrence, Mass., to Armand and Emma L’Esperance Beliveau.

He and Connie, his wife of 21 years, made their home in Massachusetts before moving to Vero Beach 12 years ago from Methuen, Mass.

Beliveau was a veteran of the Vietnam War, serving in the US Air Force, and had worked as a materials manager for Wang Computer Co. and Wagner Brake Co. in Massachusetts before coming to work at Piper in Vero Beach.

He was especially known by his family and friends for his warm, embracing personality that allowed his passion for life, friends and family to be shared as he jogged through the neighborhood or was on one of his other personal fitness outings.

Survivors include his wife Connie; step-children Dennis (Kathy) Regan, of Georgetown, Mass., and Colleen Hugo and Daniel Regan, of North Andover, Mass.; grandchildren Addison Hugo, Alexandra, Nathan, Bailey, Caden and Seamus Regan, all of North Andover; siblings, Armand Beliveau, Louise Desrosiers, Rita Livernois, Joan White, Doris Nagri and Joyce Demarco, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents Armand and Emma Beliveau, and brothers Roland, Ronald and Robert.

Mass will be celebrated 10 a.m., Saturday, Jan. 8, at Holy Cross Catholic Church Catholic Church in Vero Beach.

Memorial contributions may be made to the VNA/Hospice Foundation, 1110 35th Lane, Vero Beach, FL 32960.

Arrangements are under the direction of Cox-Gifford-Seawinds Funeral Home and Crematory, Vero Beach, Florida.
