VERO BEACH — It’s the 20th Anniversary of Christmas at Tara; for two decades, the Grall family and the Law firm of Grall, Glenn & Grall have welcomed the community into their winter wonderland. Firm founder Bernie Grall, his wife, Marge, and their family of elves, decorate 20 rooms in different holiday themes. Hundreds of Snow Village pieces are displayed, along with trains and other collectibles from around the world. Each year the décor and themes are changed to reflect new creative ideas.
Grall does not stop with the inside of the building. Since 1990, he has put up hundreds of thousands of lights outside for the community to enjoy as well.
People are encouraged to drive through the property from the Sunday following Thanksgiving until New Year’s Eve. The lights remain on from 6 pm until 10 pm from Sunday through Thursday and until 11pm on Friday and Saturday.
Food and toy donations will be accepted on nights open to the public. Donations will be given to the Samaritan Center, the Salvation Army, and Harvest Food and Outreach Center.
For information on touring the inside of the building, visit www.VeroLawyers.com and go to the Special Events page.
Private groups may contact Pam at 772-569-0000 to schedule a visit to Tara Plantation.
