Edward Charles Brown Sr., 57, died Oct. 1, 2010.
He was born in Vero Beach and was educated in the public schools of Indian River County. He was self-employed in lawn maintenance.
Survivors include his sons, Antonio Brown, Edward Charles Brown Jr. and Ramario Coney, all of Gifford; and a brother, Jerome Brown Sr., also of Gifford.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Ruth Mae Brown; granddaughter, Alicia Workman; and sister, Carrie Mae Brown.
Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. Oct. 15 at St. Peter’s Missionary Baptist Church in Gifford.
A celebration of life will be at 11 a.m. at the church. Burial will follow at Gifford Cemetery.
