Edward Eugene Smith, 83, died on Sept. 4, 2010, at Sebastian River Medical Center, Roseland.
He was born in Harrison, Ind., and lived in Sebastian for 30 years, coming from Miami-Dade County. Before retirement, he was a warehouse manager in Miami-Dade County.
Survivors include his sons, Edward A. Smith, of Cincinnati and Gregory H. Smith, of Sebastian; one grandchild; and five great-grandchildren.

A graveside service was held at at 11:30 a.m. Sept. 11 at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens in Fort Pierce.
