Indian River Drive East to close July 26 for drainage work

VERO BEACH — Road crews will be closing Indian River Drive periodically starting July 26 between Beachland Boulevard and Date Palm Road.

The closures are scheduled between 7 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. from Monday through Friday, July 30. Crews will be replacing drainage pipes in the area.

There will be detours posted. Drivers are encouraged to avoid the area if possible.
