Fay Bellini died July 11, 2010, at the VNA Hospice House in Vero Beach.

She was born in New York City and lived in Vero Beach since 1991, coming from Miami. She was a singer.

Survivors include her husband of 62 years, Ronald Bellini of Vero Beach; daughter, Dawn Bellini of Vero Beach; and two grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her son, Ronald Charles Bellini.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society , 3375 20th St., Suite 100, Vero Beach, FL 32960.

Visitation will be from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. July 14 at the Cox-Gifford-Seawinds Funeral Home, Vero Beach, with a prayer service at 7 p.m. A guestbook is available at seawindsfh.com/obit.php.

2 wounded in late Monday shooting; deputies investigating

GIFFORD — Two people suffered non-life threatening injuries following a double shooting late Monday, Indian River County sheriff's deputies reported. It was the second reported shooting to take place in Indian River County over the Labor Day weekend. Both incidents are not connected, sheriff's spokesperson Sgt. Kevin Jaworski said. Details on the motive in Monday's shooting were not immediately available. Man killed in overnight shooting in Gifford

GIFFORD — A man in his early 20s was killed after being struck by gunfire overnight, authorities said. Indian River County sheriff's officials said there was no known danger to the public but are investigating the case as a homicide. "Currently, detectives are working all leads," sheriff's officials said in a statement. "There is no suspect information that can be presently shared." Indian River County deputies responded to reports of the shooting about 4:20 a.m. Thursday in the 4500 block of 33rd Avenue in Gifford, west of U.S. 1, reports show.
