INDIAN RIVER COUNTY – With the Fourth of July falling on a Sunday this year, some businesses and all government offices will be observing the national holiday on Monday, July 5.
Though government offices will be closed, regular trash pickup is still scheduled Monday.
The following is a list of closures in Indian River County. Contact your bank, grocery store or other places you shop to find out if they will be open.
Government Offices – All Closed July 5
Libraries – All Closed July 4, 5
Post Office – Closed, no mail July 5
Trash Collection – Sebastian and Vero Beach, regular pick-up July 5; Vero Beach Solid Waste Department, no pick-up Monday; County Landfill, open Monday
Mass Transportation – GoLine, no service July 4, Routes 1-4 and 8 run 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday; Community Coach, no service July 4, 5
Indian River Mall – Regular hours July 4 and 5
Vero Fashion Outlet Mall – Regular hours July 4 and 5
