Vero Beach Book Center to host restaurateur and author Eric Bromberg

VERO BEACH — On Friday, June 25 at 6 pm, acclaimed restaurateur and author Eric Bromberg, of the Bromberg Brothers, will be at the Vero Beach Book Center to present the book,  Bromberg Brothers Blue Ribbon Cookbook: Better Home Cooking, by Bruce Bromberg, Eric Bromberg, and Melissa Clark.

Eric and Bruce Bromberg, acclaimed chefs and founders of New York’s popular Blue Ribbon restaurants, are experts at bringing delicious home cooking-style dishes into their restaurants, and now, in Bromberg Brothers Blue Ribbon Cookbook: Better Home Cooking (Clarkson Potter Publishers; April 6, 2010), they have brought their most successful recipes back to the home cook.
