INDIAN RIVER COUNTY — Congressman Bill Posey will be at the Richardson Center at Indian River State College on June 3 from 10 a.m. to noon to meet with constituents.Anyone interested in making an appointment may call (772) 778-3534. The congressman encourages residents to meet with him and his staff if they have any issues with Federal agencies or programs.

INDIAN RIVER COUNTY — County officials lightened up coronavirus restrictions this week by reopening county playgrounds and basketball courts Friday, officials said. Those who use the county-operated playgrounds and basketball courts should continue to practice social distancing. VERO BEACH -- With Treasure Coast temperatures set to dramatically drop this evening and remain chilly throughout the week, the Humane Society of Vero Beach and Indian River County is urging pet owners to protect their animals and offers the following tips: Bring pets indoors.
