Felicity Kulczycki Martin, formerly of Vero Beach

Felicity Kulczycki Martin, formerly of Village Spires, Vero Beach, died April 16, 2010 in Lakeland, Florida.

She was born in Pennsylvania and attended St. Thomas College, which is now the University of Scranton.

She worked as a private secretary for Supt. of Central Greyhound Lines, Inc. of New York in transportation and management.

She was married to Dr. George Kulczycki and in 1969 moved to Vero Beach to be near Dr. John Kulczycki (brother) of Vero Isles because of illness. Dr. George Kulczycki died April 8, 1972. Mrs. Kulczycki donated the doctor’s complete dental equipment to Head Start in Vero Beach.

While living in Scranton she was a member of the Dental Auxiliary, Garden Club, Century Club and Scranton Country Club. Mrs. Felicity Kulczycki married Attorney Albert James Martin in 1975, a retiree from the Federal Government Agriculture Department.

He died in 1985 in Vero Beach with burial in Pennsylvania.

She was a member for ten years of the IRMH Foundation.

During World War II she was a nurse’s aide with the American Red Cross and worked at the State Hospital in Pennsylvania on weekends.

She is survived by nieces and nephews.

She was a member of Holy Cross Catholic Church in Vero Beach.

A visitation will be Monday, April 26, 2010 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Strunk Funeral Home in Vero Beach.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m., April 27, 2010 at Holy Cross Catholic Church, Vero Beach. Burial will be in Pennsylvania. Arrangements are under the direction of Strunk Funeral Home in Vero Beach.
