Ethel Louise Gust, 83, died April 23, 2010, at Consulate Health Care of Vero Beach.
She was born in Chicago Heights, Ill., and lived in Vero Beach since 2006, coming from New Port Richey.
Before retiring, she was a secretary for the state of Illinois for 12 years. She attended the Unity Church.
Survivors include her husband of 60 years, Donald Gust of Vero Beach; daughters, Linda Gust and Donna Kingsley, both of Vero Beach, and Debra Martin of Pleasanton, Calif.; sisters, Patricia Richardson and Barbra Behling, both of Clarendon Hills, Ill.; brother, Cornelius Brackman of Crete, Ill.; four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Eugene Brackman.

A memorial service will be at a later date.
