Dorothy S. Wilson-Colegrove, 80, Vero Beach

Dorothy S. Wilson-Colegrove, 80, died March 14, 2010, at VNA Hospice House.

She was born in Hawk Run, Pa., and moved to Vero Beach 23 years ago, coming from Michigan. She was a member of St. Augustine Episcopal Church, Vero Beach; Guys and Dolls 19th Hole Golf Group; and former member of Dodger Pines Country Club, both of Vero Beach.

She worked as a surgical technician in Vero Beach and Melbourne.

Survivors include her husband of 13 years, John Colegrove; sons, David Wilson of Viera and Jeffrey Wilson of Cape Coral; daughters, Peggy Boekhout of Merritt Island and Heather Murphy of North Wilksboro, N.C.; stepdaughters, Janine Doule of Charlotte, N.C., and Deborah McNally of New Hampton, N.Y.; seven grandchildren; one great-grandchild; eight step-grandchildren and seven step-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 44 years, Robert Clay Wilson.

A memorial service will be 1:30 p.m. March 19 at St. Augustine’s Episcopal Church.
