Antique Automobile Show slated for March 6

VERO BEACH — The Indian River Region of the Antique Automobile Club of America (AACA) will  be cranking up its 33rd Annual Antique, Classic and Collector Car Show on Saturday, March 6 according to club President Lee Orre. The show takes place at Riverside Park in Vero Beach  from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.   Over 300 cars are expected to be on display.  The car show is free to the public and plenty of free parking is available.

This year we are partnering with the U.S. Postal Service in Vero Beach to collect food items which will be delivered to needy families in Indian River County.  Show entrants and visitors are asked to bring non-perishable food items to the show.

All antique, classic, prestige, domestic, foreign, special interest,  commercial and modified vehicles are welcome to register for the event. Dash Plaques will be given to all show entrants, and recognized car classes will be judged with trophies awarded.

There will be something of interest to all ages, with the show featuring a large car-related flea market, a food court, entertainment, and a car corral for buying or selling collector cars.

Additional information is available and vehicle owners and vendors can register by calling Clark Ballard at (772) 567-8920.
