Casting Announced for “The Fabulous Fable Factory.”

VERO BEACH — Director Angelo Cerniglia announces that casting is complete for Riverside Children’s Theatre Touring Company production of “The Fabulous Fable Factory.” The show will run March 20 and 21 in the Anne Morton Theatre. Additional performances will take place at area schools in March and April. The show is recommended for family audiences, ages 4 and up. Performance are at 1:30 p.m. and tickets are $6.

The Fabulous Fable Factory cast members are Kaitlyn Bajek, Ryan Roberson, Taylor Beckmann, Sean Castro, Kimmie Zerega, Jay Wiggins, Patrick Schlitt, Alison Leavitt and Nicole Borisenko.

Teen suspected of pointing BB gun at girl in movie theatre

INDIAN RIVER COUNTY — A 13-year-old boy is suspected of pointing a BB gun at a 14-year-old girl while she and her friend were at a theater watching a movie. The 13-year-old, of the 4000 block of 42nd Square, Gifford, was charged with aggravated assault. Details on if he is being held at the Indian River County Jail or was taken to a juvenile detention center were not available. Deputies responded to an exhibition of a weapon about 11 p.m. Feb. 24 at the Indian River Mall, 6200 20th Street. Deputies arrived and spoke with two boys. Saint Edward’s brings Our Town to town

VERO BEACH -- The Saint Edward's School Theater Department has announced that the Upper School production of Our Town, the Pulitzer Prize winning play by Thornton Wilder, will be performed in the Waxlax Center for the Performing Arts on Friday Oct. 28 at 7 p.m. and Saturday, 29 at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. While the play originally debuted in 1938, this drama in three acts remains one of the most produced American plays.
