Ruth Ann Tucker, 82, died Dec.19, 2009, at Indian River Medical Center.
She was born in Chester, Pa., and moved to Vero Beach in 1982, coming from her birth place. Before retirement, she was a paper finisher for Scott Industries in Chester.
She was a Girl Scout and Boy Scout Leader and a Sunday School teacher. She was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include her sons, Thomas Tucker of Chester and Joseph Tucker of Colorado; daughters, Marsha Lauginiger of Linwood, Pa., Patricia Fry Boothwyne, Pa., and Nancy Gownley of Brookhaven, Pa.; 16 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John Tucker, and sister, Virginia Mende.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Delco Blind Sight Center, 100 W. 15th St., Chester, PA 19013.
Services will be in Pennsylvania.
