Debra Ann Vincent, 58, died Dec. 2, 2009, at the Indian River Medical Center, Vero Beach. She was born in Wellsville, N.Y., and lived in Vero Beach for 54 years, coming from her birthplace. She was a graduate of Vero Beach High School and was employed by Southern Fulfillment Services and was a legal secretary in several law firms in Indian River County for many years. She attended Tabernacle Ministries Church, Vero Beach. Survivors include her son, Edward Jason Vincent of Vero Beach; mother, Lucille Porter of Vero Beach; and sister, Mary Ann Myers of Vero Beach. Memorial contributions may be made to Tabernacle Ministries Church, 51 Old Dixie Highway, Vero Beach, FL 32962. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Dec. 6 at Tabernacle Ministries Church in Vero Beach. Pastor Dave Foster will officiate with Dan Morton. Burial will be in Crestlawn Cemetery in Vero Beach at a later date. Arrangements are by Cox-Gifford-Seawinds Funeral Home and Crematory, Vero Beach.
