Jonathan Rose new Exchange Club member

VERO BEACH — Paul Pickel, membership chair, inducted Jonathan Rose into membership of the Exchange Club of Indian River at the Club’s weekly lunch meeting at Culinary Capers on September 12.  Rose, who lives in Vero Beach, is chief executive officer of Millennium Collections Corporation, and is a returning member of the club.

Exchange Club of Indian River provides the community with programs in youth activities, service, and Americanism. Through participation in its national project, the Prevention of Child Abuse, it supports a number of local youth-related charities. The Club also honors students in the Vero Beach High School Performance-Based Diploma Program with Accepting the Challenge of Excellence (ACE) awards each year. Club projects are supported by Exchange Club of Indian River Foundation fundraisers, including the upcoming Merry Christmas “Winner-Fest” Raffle to be held December 19 at the 6th Annual Winterfest at Pointe West. The Foundation’s other major event is the Annual Exchange Club Blue Water Open Charity Fishing Tournament held each Memorial Day weekend since 1977.

The group meets for lunch at Culinary Capers each Wednesday at noon and meetings feature programs on a wide range of business, government and civic, charity, personal, and professional topics.
