Vero Beach Museum of Art thanks donors with Chairman’s Club Dinner

The Vero Beach Museum of Art ushers in each season with an elegant Chairman’s Club Dinner, held over two evenings to accommodate more than 500 guests, and sponsored by PNC Wealth Management.  The black-tie affair is an invitational event to show appreciation to members of the Museum’s Chairman’s Club, Chairman’s Circle and Chairman’s Council, whose generous support helps to fund the Museum’s numerous exhibitions, outreach programs, public programs, classes and events.

The evening’s entertainment featured the critically acclaimed KT McCammond, paying tribute to celebrated songstress Eartha Kitt, with a dynamic cabaret performance, KT Sings Kitt. Entertainment for the evening was underwritten by the Museum’s current Board Chairman, Edward Michael, and former Board of Trustee Chairmen, Paul Becker, William Curtis, Robert Harris, Eleonora McCabe, Richard McDermott, Carl Nichols and Richard Stark.

The gourmet hors d’oeuvres and four-course dinner were specially prepared by Chelsea’s, whose Café at the Museum, alongside the Wahlstrom Sculpture Garden, reopens November 14th.

The Museum’s featured exhibition in the Holmes Gallery, Innovation & Change: Great Ceramics from the Ceramics Research Center, Arizona State University Art Museum Collection, also opens November 14 and runs through January 10.  Other fall exhibitions include, Sanctuary: Anna Tomczak Photography, in the Schumann Gallery through December 27 and The Grid Turns the Corner: A Mid Career Retrospective of Drawings and Prints by Terry Hunter, in the Stark Gallery November 21 through January 3.  {igallery 81}
