Daylight Saving Time ends Sunday – get an extra hour of sleep

INDIAN RIVER COUNTY — If you have to get up at a special time Sunday, remember to set your clock back one hour before going to bed Saturday. Daylight Saving Time ends Sunday at 2 a.m.

Daylight Saving Time starts on the second Sunday of March and ends the first Sunday of November, providing more daylight in the afternoon and less in the morning.

DST is not observed in Hawaii or Arizona, or in US territories including American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands.
