INDIAN RIVER COUNTY — A person has sustained unknown injuries after getting pinned between a tow truck and a tree Monday afternoon on southbound Interstate 95 south of mile marker 156, the Fellsmere/Sebastian exit for County Road 512.The crash was reported shortly before 3 p.m., initially as a semi-tractor crash. Later, officials said that there was a tow truck involved.Emergency crews responding to the scene said that the tree the person was pinned to would have to be cut down. A medical helicopter was placed on standby in the event air transport were needed.No roadblocks were reported, according to the Florida Highway Patrol’s Web site.
