FELLSMERE — Chris Hill, Congressman Bill Posey’s veterans affairs staffer, will be the featured speaker at 9 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 19 when the U.S. Navy Armed Guard and Merchant Marine Veterans who served in WW ll will have their monthly meeting at the Marsh Landing restaurant, 44 North Broadway in Fellsmere.
Hill handles all issues constituents have with the Department of Veterans Affairs, the Department of Defense, and all military branches. He can field questions and take on casework relating to veterans seeking their disability ratings increased to those seeking military records. When constituents need assistance with any of the above departments, Hill can help facilitate on behalf of Rep. Posey.
Veterans and veteran families should bring their questions for Hill and be sure to write them down, so if he can’t answer them at the meeting, he can respond by mail or phone.
