Budding Talents Announces Fall Classes

VERO BEACH — Danielle (Ferretti) Paris, co-owner and head instructor of Budding Talents, has announced their fall music theatre class schedule, which will be held at Leisure Square and Saint. Edwards Lower School.Budding Talents is an organization that features performing arts programs specializing in the areas of acting, singing and dancing. The programs are available to children from 7-13 years old and are suitable for the beginner or intermediate level.  All classes are designed to give children an introduction to musical theatre, as well as to build values such as teamwork, development of self expression, confidence, and most of all have fun!Act, Sing and Dance your heart out! Intro to Music Theatre classes will be held at Leisure Square on Tuesdays from 4pm-5pm for students ages 11-13, and on Wednesdays from 4pm-5pm for students ages 7-10.  Both classes are ten weeks and begin the week of September 14.  Intro to Music Theatre will consist of theatre games, basic voice mechanics & singing, various dance styles and acting exercises.  Each session will culminate to a final in-class performance for invited family & friends.  So You Think You Want to Dance?  Music Theatre Dance will be held at Saint. Edwards Lower School, as part of their External Studies Program, on Mondays from 3:30pm-4:45pm for students ages 7-10.  The class is nine weeks and will begin on September 14.  Music Theatre Dance will consist of dance warm-ups & conditioning, executing dance steps, and learning dance combinations to music from contemporary music theatre.  Students will take part in creating a character and choreographing a combination that tells a story through dance which will be presented in a final in-class performance for invited family & friends.  Budding Talents is owned and operated by husband and wife team, Danielle and Eric Paris.  Since Danielle moved to Vero Beach last year, she has performed locally at a Coffee with the Mayor, the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life and starred in a Riverside Theatre Open House.  She has directed holiday productions at The Community Church and Christ By The Sea, and taught theatre classes at Camp McKee, McKee Botanical Gardens summer camp.  Danielle is currently in rehearsals for Vero Beach Theatre Guild’s Cabaret, where she is playing Sally Bowles, a leading role in the show.  Eric is the Director of Guest Services & Sales at Riverside Theatre and owner of Tomkats Urban Diner.    For additional information, please contact Budding Talents at (772) 226-5701 or via email at buddingtalents@hotmail.com.
