Mary E. King Gilmer, 49, Vero Beach

Mary E. King Gilmer, 49, of Vero Beach, died July 3, 2009. She was born in Norwood, Mass., and lived in Vero Beach two years, moving from West Palm Beach. She was an independent Realtor for 15 years. Survivors include her husband of 17 years, Thomas; son, Jeffrey B. Maxwell, USAF, of MacDill AFB, Tampa; sisters, Peggy Steffanile, of Seattle, Ann King, of Palm Springs, and Patty Cooper, of Palm Beach Gardens; and brother, Mike King, of Danbury, Conn. She was preceded in death by her parents, Arno Warren King and Ann Elizabeth Everett; and brother, Robert King.
